The Indian market opened on a lower-note on weak global cues and wiped out previous day's gains to close in deep red zone. For the coming session 2784-2812 will act strong resistance zone. On the lower side trading below 2715 it could test 2681-2651.

For the coming session if the Nifty trades above 2879 it could test 2920-2940 and on the lower side 2813 would act as a support zone. Let us progess from our previous forecasted chart. We are currently riding on c-d down wave target, and d wave target area looks like near 2748. Chances that we see some upside as e wave progresses. However,
before riding e wave, wait for the market up day to close close up, or let the market cross intraday buy level.

Since this e wave is a small upside zone, and the major wave is downward, we will be interested in adding a partial buy postion at lower side with selling 3000 call option as protection.

Last week Nifty fell by 6 percent with the Satyam scam episode and broke the sentiment of Indian investors. For the coming session, 2800-2770 is the level to watch. If the Nifty closes below this on EOD basis we could drift lower to the 2630 zone. On the upside if Nifty closes above key levels 2947 it could test 3010-3060 zone.

The Indian market opened on a lower note due to the Satyam scam and closed in the red zone. For the coming session if Nifty forms an ‘M’ pattern, cracks below 2800 and closes below, it could drift to lower levels near the 2650-2630 zone. On the other side 2925-2970 acts as a resistance zone.
