Sensex 1990-94 and 2004-08 Similar - Anil Gandhi

I have presented a comparison of the economic factors as well as the behavior of Sensex for the years 1990-94 and 2004-08. It is quite astonishing to see the similarities. The Finance Minister then was out current Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh.

Not a good coincidence. Long term charts of several indices shows tremendus similarity.
Recently i came across a group of trders who were trading since last 8-9 months on similarity between present sensex and past Nikkei ( some 1985-1995, dont exactly remember) chart.
God knows what happened to that group but why you forget to look further in time of 1994-1998-99.
Sensex could not decisively came above 4600.
If so than, analogy say we cant go much beyond 21000-22000 till year 2013!!!!
